  • Pricing
    All prices for reimagining services are listed on the website. Prices may be updated from time to time, but any order confirmed before a price change will be honored at the agreed rate.

  • Payment in Advance
    Full payment is required before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Non-Refundable
    Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the creative and time-based nature of the service.

  • Delivery of Work
    Work will be delivered digitally to the Client once payment has been received in full.

  • Unfulfilled Orders
    If a Client fails to provide the required material (lyrics, recordings, etc.) within 30 days of payment, the order may be treated as fulfilled without delivery. At our discretion, a credit toward a future project may be offered.

  • Refund Policy

    At Song Reimagined, we put time, creativity, and professional tools into every project. Because our work is custom and service-based, we have the following refund policy:

    1. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

    All payments are non-refundable once we begin work on your track. This is due to the creative nature of the service and the time invested in each project.

    2. Before Work Begins

    If you have made a payment but no work has yet started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

    3. Incomplete Client Submission

    If you fail to provide the required material (lyrics, recordings, etc.) within 30 days of payment, your order may be considered fulfilled without delivery. In some cases, at our discretion, we may issue a credit toward a future project instead of a refund.

    4. Our Guarantee

    We guarantee that the final work delivered will match the agreed scope of the service. If there are issues, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • Delivery of Services Policy

    At Song Reimagined, we aim to provide a smooth and timely experience for all clients. The following outlines how our service delivery works:

    1. Method of Delivery

    All completed works are delivered digitally, either:

    • via a secure download link (such as JumpShare, Google Drive, or other secure file-sharing platforms), or

    • directly by email if file size permits.

    2. Delivery Timeline

    Delivery times may vary depending on workload and project complexity. We will provide an estimated timeframe upon confirmation of your order. Typical delivery is within. 7–14 business days after receiving full payment and all required materials.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    To avoid delays, the Client must provide all required materials (lyrics, demos, references, etc.) promptly. If materials are not provided within 30 days of payment, the order may be considered fulfilled without delivery, and no refund will be issued.

    4. Revisions and Adjustments

    We guarantee that the final work will match the agreed scope. If small adjustments are needed (e.g., mix clarity, vocal balance), we will make reasonable revisions. Major changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

    5. Non-Delivery Due to Technical Issues

    If delivery cannot be completed due to technical issues (e.g., email bounce, server issues), we will reattempt delivery via an alternative method. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact details and storage capacity are up to date
